We service the Western New York Area

How Far do you travel?

We’re based in Buffalo, NY and deliver within a 25 mile radius of 14223.

Need us to travel a little farther? No problem!
We can travel outside the area for an additional fee based on distance. Simply enter your event location in the booking form, and we’ll include travel pricing in your custom quote.

How far In advance should I book?

Please book at least 3 weeks in advance.

How much Is a completely custom design?

$50 design fee - per design (sticker cost is separate)

How does the machine work?

You put In a token that is provided, push in the mechanisism and out comes a cardboard sleeve with a vinyl sticker Inside. 

Is set up and pick up Included?

Yes! You enjoy the party, and we do the rest. 

How many stickers should I order?

We recommend one sticker per guest.

Do you stay at the event?

No, we do not stay onsite for the event. Everything you need will be provided and self-service! We will come back at the designated time to pick up and pack up our supplies. 

How much does it cost to rent the sticker machine?

Rental for the machine is $250 for up to 5 hours, which includes delivery, setup, coordination, sticker sleeves, coins, and display, plus pickup after your event. Additional hours, are available for an extra fee. Please note the stickers are a separate cost based on your event size.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit/debit card payments, ACH bank transfers, and mobile wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay for online payments. We can also accept cash, check or venmo.

When is the final payment due?

The final payment will be due one week before your event. 

What do I need to pay to hold my date?

You will be required to pay 50% of the total cost to reserve your date.

Who do I contact if there’s a problem during my event?

Before your event, we’ll provide a direct contact you can reach if any issues arise with the sticker machine.

How much space do I need for the machine?

We recommend a space of approximately 3' x 3' to accommodate the machine and a side table.

How long does It take to set up and break down?

Please allow around 30 minutes for set up and breakdown.

Can I add decor?

We do not allow decor ON the machine.

Can the machine be used outdoors?

Weather permitting, outdoor use is possible, but not guaranteed. During winter months, the machine must be kept indoors. Please note, setup on gravel is not allowed.
